  1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LEO LAW website, online courses, digital content, memberships, subscriptions, and related services made available through the LEO LAW Community platform (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing, registering for, purchasing, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

LEO LAW ("LEO LAW," "we," "us," or "our") is a trade name (doing business as, or "DBA") of Vstars US Incorporated, a corporation providing legal education, training, analysis, and commentary related to law enforcement operations, constitutional law, criminal procedure, and related topics.

The Services are offered for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended as legal advice.

  1. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old;
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and current;
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials; and
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

LEO LAW reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in violation of these Terms.

LEO LAW offers various memberships, courses, and subscription-based products through the LEO LAW Community. Access levels, included materials, and benefits vary by product and are described at the point of purchase.

4.2 Fees and Billing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed through third-party payment processors.
  • By purchasing a membership or subscription, you authorize recurring billing where applicable.

4.3 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Digital products and memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial use, unused time, or failure to complete content.

LEO LAW reserves the sole discretion to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis.

The Services are provided solely for educational and training purposes.

  • Content does not constitute legal advice;
  • Accessing the Services does not create an attorney-client relationship;

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through the Servicesā€”including but not limited to videos, audio, text, slides, graphics, course materials, quizzes, case summaries, trademarks, logos, and brandingā€”is the exclusive property of Vstars US Incorporated, doing business as LEO LAW, or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

6.1 Limited License

LEO LAW grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content solely for your personal or internal professional educational use.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit content;
  • Share login credentials or course access;
  • Record, download, or redistribute videos or materials;
  • Use content to create derivative works or competing products;
  • Upload content to other LMS platforms, shared drives, or public websites without written permission.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and legal action.

  1. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes;
  • Harass, threaten, or defame others;
  • Upload malware or attempt to compromise platform security;
  • Interfere with other usersā€™ access;
  • Misrepresent your affiliation, credentials, or authority.

LEO LAW reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action for violations.

  1. Termination and Suspension

LEO LAW may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • You misuse content or intellectual property;
  • Your conduct is harmful to LEO LAW, other users, or the integrity of the platform.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease.

  1. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The Services are delivered through Kajabi and may include links to third-party platforms or resources.

LEO LAW is not responsible for:

  • Third-party content or policies;
  • Payment processor errors;
  • Availability or functionality of external platforms.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

LEO LAW makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy or completeness of content;
  • Fitness for a particular purpose;
  • That the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LEO LAW shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
  • LEO LAWā€™s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the prior 12 months.
  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vstars US Incorporated, doing business as LEO LAW, its officers, directors, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your reliance on educational content.
  1. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Exclusive venue for any dispute shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

  1. Modifications to Terms

LEO LAW reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
